Borenius advised NREP on the acquisition of Retail Centre Grani

We advised a fund managed by NREP on the acquisition of Retail Centre Grani from VVT Kiinteistösijoitus. Grocery-anchored Retail Centre Grani is located in the heart of Kauniainen and hosts grocery stores S-market and K-Supermarket alongside Alko and other convenience tenants supporting the residents of the area and other visitors.

The retail centre features approximately 7,500 sqm of lettable area and is virtually fully let. Retail Centre Grani has been awarded a BREEAM Very Good sustainability certification.
