Borenius advised Oma Säästöpankki Oyj on its EUR 1.5 billion bond programme and EUR 250 million covered bond issue

We advised Oma Säästöpankki Oyj on its EUR 1.5 billion Covered Bond and Senior Unsecured Bond Programme, which was published on 20 November 2017. Shortly after they had published their Bond Programme, we advised Oma Säästöpankki on the issuance of an AAA rated EUR 250 million covered bond to select qualified investors.

Danske Bank A/S acts as the arranger of the Programme, and Nordea Bank AB (publ.), Danske Bank A/S and Landesbank Baden-Württemberg acted as the Joint Lead Managers of the issue.

Oma Säästöpankki is the largest savings bank in Finland with a balance sheet of over EUR 2 billion. The bank operates in eight regions in Finland, and it is primarily owned by local savings bank foundations.
