Borenius advised on the majority ownership sale of Accountor Software to KKR

We advised, together with Paul Weiss Vitruvian Partners and other owners, on the sale of the majority ownership in Accountor Software to KKR, a leading global investment firm. The transaction follows the separation of Accountor’s Outsourcing and Software Businesses and the previous sale of its Outsourcing Business to Aspia. Accountor Software provides cloud financial management and human capital software to over 130,000 customers in the Nordics.
