We advised on the sale of AM Security Oy to BLC Group.

AM Security Oy and its subsidiaries provide security services and solutions nationwide, and the group is a leading provider of wholesale services in the security sector. The group has a turnover of approximately EUR 50 million and 255 people in its service.

The BLC Group is a Savonlinna-based provider of IT and telecommunication services and security solutions, its subsidiaries operating from several locations in Finland. By completing the transaction, the BLC Group aims to grow into a key operator in the security sector and complement its service portfolio to address the growing demand for sophisticated IT and security solutions in the everyday life of people.
