Borenius advised on the sale of Sensapex

We advised the majority owners of Sensapex Oy, a developer and manufacturer of advanced stable micromanipulators and automated microscope workstations for electrophysiology and imaging, on the sale of the company to PiezoMotor Uppsala AB (publ), a Swedish electric motor manufacturer.

The purchase price initially amounts to the total of approximately EUR 13.6 million and it will be paid partly in cash and partly in the form of newly issued Series B shares in PiezoMotor.
