Borenius advised OpenOcean on the formation of OpenOcean Fund 2020

We advised OpenOcean on the formation of its third newest venture capital fund, OpenOcean Fund 2020 Ky. The fund has held its first closing and has a target size of EUR 130 million. Like its predecessors, the fund invests in unlisted technology-innovation oriented growth companies in Europe.
