We advised Peab and Annehem Fastigheter in connection with the listing of Annehem on Nasdaq Stockholm. The transaction was worth EUR 304 million.​

​The prospectus was published on 2 December 2020, and the first day of trading on Nasdaq Stockholm was 11 December 2020.
