Borenius advised PHM Group in connection with its EUR 300 million syndicated term loan B issuance

We acted as Finnish legal counsel for PHM Group in connection with the issuance of its EUR 300 million syndicated term loan B. The senior secured floating rate term loan B has a margin of 4.75 per cent and a maturity of up to seven years.

Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft and Nordea Bank Abp acted as joint global coordinators and physical bookrunners for the term loan B.

PHM Group is a property services group that is present in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland. PHM Group is majority-owned by a Nordic private equity investor called Norvestor.
