Borenius advised Ponsse on the acquisition of KŘENEK FOREST SERVICE in the Czech Republic

We, together with Noerr, advised Ponsse Plc, one of the world’s largest manufacturers of cut-to-length forest machines, on its acquisition of KŘENEK FOREST SERVICE in the Czech Republic. The transaction, where we worked together with Noerr’s Czech  office, was a good example on how we can best serve our clients in cross-border transactions concerning non-Finnish targets.
