Borenius advised Renewable Power Capital Limited on establishing a joint venture with Finnish solar power developer Aurinkokarhu Oy

We advised Renewable Power Capital Limited (RPC) as the Finnish lead counsel in establishing a joint venture with Finnish solar power developer Aurinkokarhu Oy to co-develop up to 1 GW of solar PV projects in Finland.

Renewable Power Capital, established in 2020 with the backing of CPP Investments, invests in renewable energy and storage projects across Europe. The deal marks RPC’s first solar deal in Finland.
