Borenius advised Robit Plc in its acquisition of Halco International, LLC

We advised Robit Plc and its newly-formed, second US subsidiary, Robit USA LLC, in its asset acquisition of Halco International, LLC and its subsidiary, Halco America, LLC, a manufacturer and supplier in the business of large Down-the-Hole hammers and related accessories. Through this acquisition, Robit Plc expands its Down-the-Hole business area in the US with a Texas manufacturing and sales office to complement their existing Illinois sales office.
