Borenius advised S-Bank on the sale of five residential properties to Catella European Residential

We advised residential property fund S-Bank Housing non-UCITS Fund, which is managed by S-Bank Fund Management, on the sale of a portfolio comprising five residential properties to Catella European Residential, a public German open-ended real estate fund.

The properties are located in excellent locations close to daily services in Espoo, Kerava, Tampere, and Turku. The portfolio comprises 350 apartments with a total of 14,200 square meters of lettable space. The properties, completed between 2017 and 2021, offer modern living spaces for tenants.
