Borenius advised S-Bank on the sale of three residential properties to NREP

We advised residential property fund S-Bank Housing non-UCITS Fund, which is managed by S-Bank Fund Management, on the sale of a portfolio of three residential properties to NREP.

The properties are located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, and the portfolio comprises 226 apartments and over 10,200 square meters of lettable space in total. The properties were completed in 2018, 2021, and 2022, offering a strong ESG profile with new buildings. One of the assets will transition to geothermal heating in the spring of 2023.
