Borenius advised Sentica on the acquisition of Dimex

We advised Sentica on its investment in Dimex, a family-owned company that designs, manufactures and sells heavy duty workwear and a no bullsh*t dimexattitude.

After the transaction, Sentica will become the majority owner of the company and the current owners, i.e. the Krogerus family and Petteri Tirkkonen, will stay on as significant minority owners.

Dimex is a second generation company that designs and sells Dimex branded workwear. In 2020, Dimex’s turnover was EUR 15 million. The company annually sells over 430,000 garments in Finland and abroad with its largest export destinations being the Baltic countries, Germany and Russia.​
