Borenius advised six Finnish energy companies on merging their electricity retail sales businesses

We advised Vantaan Energia Oy, Lahti Energia Oy, Oulun Energia Oy, Porin Energia Oy, Keskusosuuskunta Oulun Seudun Sähkö and Oulun Sähkönmyynti Oy when they agreed to merge their electric retail sales businesses to create Finland’s second-largest power supplier with 400,000 customers.
