Borenius advised Technopolis on the sale of its Kuopio business to KPY

We advised Technopolis on the sale of its remaining ownership share (60%) in Technopolis Kuopio to KPY, which already owned 40% of the complex. The complex will later be renamed to KPY Novapolis.

Technopolis Kuopio comprises 70,000 sqm of leasable space and 17,000 sqm of space that remains under construction. The complex has approximately 200 users at its Viestikatu and Microkatu properties in Kuopio.

Technopolis is an expert in shared workspaces. Technopolis provides efficient and flexible offices, coworking spaces, and everything that goes with them. Its services run from designing workspaces to reception, meeting solutions, restaurants and cleaning. The 17 campuses of Technopolis host 1,600 companies with 50,000 employees in six countries within the Nordic and Baltic Sea region.
