Borenius advised the Finnish Real Estate Management Federation in terms of fines slashed by the Market Court

We represented The Finnish Real Estate Management Federation in connection with the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority’s cartel investigation and market court procedure. Finland’s Market Court cut proposed price-fixing fines on six property management companies and the Federation by more than 75% upon finding the alleged infringement was not as severe as the national antitrust enforcer alleged.
