Borenius represented the global coordinator Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch, on the EUR 25.5 million initial public offering (“IPO”) of Digital Workforce Services Plc (“Digital Workforce Services”).

Trading in Digital Workforce Services’ shares on Nasdaq Helsinki commenced on 3 December 2021.
