We represented the Joint Global Coordinators Swedbank AB (publ), Finnish Branch, and UB Securities Ltd on the EUR 30 million initial public offering (“IPO”) of Aiforia Technologies Plc (“Aiforia Technologies”).

Trading in Aiforia Technologies’ shares on Nasdaq Helsinki commenced on 10 December 2021.
