Borenius advised the lenders in connection with EUR 130,000,000 sustainability linked revolving credit facility for Elisa Oyj

We advised Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch and other lenders in connection with Elisa’s EUR 130,000,000 sustainability-linked revolving credit facility. Elisa is a Finnish market leader in telecommunications and digital services.

The mandated lead arrangers and bookrunners of the facility are Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea Bank, OP Corporate Bank, SEB and Swedbank. Danske Bank acted as the coordinator, Handelsbanken as the sustainability coordinator and Nordea Bank as the facility agent.
