Borenius advised the Nitor Group and its shareholders on the sale of a minority stake in Nitor

We advised the Nitor Group and its shareholders when Juuri Partners and Ilmarinen invested in Nitor by acquiring a minority stake of approximately 30% in the company.

Nitor is a digital engineering company that digitises services into efficient processes for its clients and engages in sustainable digital development. Over the past five years, Nitor has tripled its turnover while maintaining excellent profitability. The company has also been recognised for its employee and client satisfaction.

All of Nitor’s founding members will retain a significant stake in the company. In addition, the company’s ownership structure will be broadened through an extended employee share scheme offered to all staff members.
