Borenius advised the S-Bank Property Non-UCITS Fund on the sale of a logistics property in Vantaa

We advised the S-Bank Property Non-UCITS Fund, a fund managed by S-Bank Fund Management, on the sale of a logistics property located in Vantaa to an undisclosed investor.

The property portfolio of the S-Bank Property Non-UCITS Fund consists of approximately thirty commercial properties of which a larger portion is located in the capital region.

One goal in recent years has been to improve the efficiency of the fund by increasing the unit sizes of owned properties, and this transaction also helps in achieving that goal.
