Borenius advised the seller in the sale of the leading sustainability consultant Gaia to Sweco

We advised the seller in the sale of the leading Finnish sustainability consultant Gaia to Sweco. Gaia Consulting was established in 1993 and, with over 60 experts, is the largest sustainability consultancy in Finland. Gaia Consulting has offices in Helsinki and Turku, and it also provides services internationally. In 2020, Gaia Consulting had revenues of EUR 6.3 million. The acquisition strengthens Sweco’s position as a forerunner of sustainable development in Finland.
