Borenius advised the seller on the sale of the Espoontori Retail Centre

We advised the seller on the sale of its majority shareholding in the Espoontori Retail Centre to Kesko.

The Espoontori Retail Centre is located in the rapidly developing area of the Espoo Centre and caters to local residents by providing a wide variety of daily goods. The current tenants include e.g. grocery store K-supermarket and variety retailer Tokmanni, a pharmacy, and other stores and restaurants.

The Espoontori Retail Centre benefits from its location in the immediate proximity of the train station, and its appeal is expected to grow in the future as a result of the renewal and densification of the area as well as the completion of the new Espoo city rail link in the coming years.
