Borenius advised Tristan Capital Partners and Catella Asset Management Oy on the acquisition of a logistics centre in Espoo, Finland

We advised European Property Investors Special Opportunities 6 SCSp (EPISO 6), a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, and Catella Asset Management Oy (Catella) on the acquisition of a logistics centre located in Espoo from Heino Group Oy to a joint venture owned by EPISO 6 and Catella. The transaction was signed in December 2024 and closed in April 2025.

The logistics centre, completed in phases between 1968 and 2010, comprises a total leasable area of approximately 21,000 sqm with temperature-controlled logistics premises. The premises are fully leased with a long-term lease agreement to Valio, the leading dairy and food company in Finland with net sales of approximately EUR 2.3 billion in 2023, and the logistics centre serves as the main distribution centre of Valio’s F&B wholesaler Valio Aimo.

“It has been a pleasure to work with Borenius team in this transaction. We are pleased for the professional and proactive approach to the transaction. The team’s dedication and expertise, particularly from Leif Laitinen and Mari Ihatsu, have been invaluable.
