Borenius advised Tristan Capital Partners on the purchase of two major office properties

We successfully advised Tristan Capital Partners in the purchase of two office properties located in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The acquiring party was a real estate fund advised by Tristan.

The properties are both located in the popular office area Aviapolis, next to Helsinki Airport and have a total lettable office space of 10,461 sqm.

Borenius performed the targets’ legal due diligence and negotiated and prepared the transaction documents.
