Borenius advised University Properties of Finland Ltd on EUR 135 million refinancing

We advised University Properties of Finland Ltd (SYK) on a EUR 135 million refinancing package, which will replace part of the previous financing. The implemented arrangement is entirely green financing, and after this, over 90 percent of SYK’s financing will be green financing. OP Corporate Bank plc acted as the lender in the arrangement.

University Properties of Finland Ltd is a nationwide campus developer that owns and develops properties on university campuses outside the Greater Helsinki metropolitan area.
