Borenius advised Vaaka Partners on its exit from the LTP Group

​We advised Vaaka Partners on the sale of its ownership interest in the LTP Group.

The LTP Group is changing ownership after tripling its net sales and profitability over the past six years with Vaaka Partners. A majority stake in the LTP Group will be sold to Sponsor Capital, and LTP’s management will continue as significant shareholders also post transaction.

The LTP Group’s net sales will exceed EUR 70 million this year, and the group currently employs over 450 people. The group seeks to achieve high growth also in the future by carrying on with its mission of ensuring that the products from food producers of all sizes can make their way to dining tables across Finland. The LTP Group employs uniquely efficient logistics solutions that help conserve the environment and save money.
