Borenius advised Vaaka Partners on the sale of EnerKey

We advised Vaaka Partners on its divestment of EnerKey to Danish EG A/S.

With the support of private equity investor VaakaPartners, Finnish EnerKey has succeeded in building a market-leading SaaS solution that helps property owners significantly reduce their emissions and environmental impact. The intelligent software, which is based on consumption data, reveals buildings’ environmental impact and optimises the use of electricity and heat.

Vaaka Partners launched EnerKey’s internationalisation in the Nordics and is now entrusting the process to Danish EG A/S for the next step on EnerKey’s growth path.​
