Borenius advised Varma on the sale of 151 existing apartments and 130 building rights

We advised Varma on the sale of 151 existing apartments and building rights for approx. 130 new apartments to a property fund advised by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI). The apartments and building rights are located in Haukilahti (Espoo) within the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

MSREI is the global private real estate investment management arm of Morgan Stanley.

Varma is responsible for the statutory earnings-related pension cover of some 900,000 people in the private sector. Varma’s investment portfolio amounted to EUR 46.8 billion in September 2020.
