Borenius advised Vendep on the formation of a EUR 35 million venture capital fund

We acted as the legal advisor to Vendep as it established its second venture capital fund, Vendep Capital Fund II Ky. The fund raised approx EUR 35 million of commitments from more than 20 investors by its final closing. The fund will primarily invest in Finnish startups that provide software to B2B customers.
