Borenius advised Versowood Oy on the restructuring of the company’s ownership

We advised Versowood Oy and its owners on a share transaction completed on 16 November 2022 whereby Versowood Group Oy purchased the group’s shares owned by Pekka Kopra. Following the transaction, the company’s ownership was fully transferred to Ville Kopra.

Versowood is Finland’s largest private sawn timber producer and processor. Versowood also manufactures various kinds of further processed sawn timber products, such as glulam, planed timber products, wooden packaging, earth construction and roadbuilding products, saturation-treated products, garden products, and energy products.
