Borenius advised Vicus Capital Advisors on the formation of a fund investing in residential development projects in the CEE countries

We represented Vicus Capital Advisors as Vicus, YIT Construction, Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company and a group of Finnish private investment companies formed a new fund with approximately EUR 37 million of equity commitments. The fund, YCE Housing I, invests in YIT’s residential development projects in the CEE countries. The fund is expected to carry out over ten projects and develop approximately one thousand apartments to be sold primarily to private buyers.
