Borenius advised WasaGroup on the sale of a grocery store project to Cibus Nordic

We advised WasaGroup on the sale of a grocery store asset currently under development to Cibus Nordic. The asset, located in Kauhava, South Ostrobothnia, will comprise approximately 2,600 sqm and is fully leased to Kesko Plc, which is one of the leading grocery store chains in Finland. The new building will be home to K-Supermarket Kauhava, which will move from its existing premises to the improved and more energy-efficient space upon its completion in autumn 2025. WasaGroup’s involvement in the project as its developer will continue, and the construction works will be carried out by its group company WasaCon.
