Borenius advised Yamaha Motor Europe N.V. in the acquisition of Inha Works, the manufacturer of Buster boats, from Fiskars Corporation. The transaction includes the acquisition of shares in Inha Works as well as the Buster brand and related production plant and real estate in Ähtäri, Finland. Inha Works Ltd. is the biggest producer of aluminum boats in Europe.
