Borenius advises Auratum Asuntorahasto Ky in acquiring residential properties

We currently advise Auratum Asuntorahasto Ky in acquiring residential properties from different developers and construction companies. Auratum Asuntorahasto Ky is a closed-end fund investing in properties locating rental apartments in Helsinki region and other growth areas in Finland. The fund shall acquire and construct approx. 1,600 rental apartments and it has an investment capacity of EUR 300 million to be used until 2019.
