Borenius advises CapMan on the EUR 500 million acquisition of a rental residential property portfolio

We advise CapMan in the acquisition of a rental residential property portfolio from ICECAPITAL (through purchase of ICECAPITAL Housing Fund IV Ky). The transaction value is over EUR 500 million. The portfolio consists of 29 modern rental residential properties with 1,854 apartments and 88,279 m2 net leasable area located in Helsinki Metropolitan Area and surrounding commuter towns. The transaction is expected to close in the end of June 2021.
