Borenius represents Finnish city in multimillion dispute concerning deficit allocation

Our Litigation & Arbitration team represents a Finnish city in a multimillion dispute concerning the allocation of municipal federation’s deficit in the Administrative Court. The member municipalities of the federation disagree on the allocation of the deficit in case the members have to cover the deficit by making additional payments.
