Borenius advises Kamux on a cooperation arrangement

Borenius advised Kamux, a leading Finnish retail chain specialising in the sale of used cars and related integrated services, on the negotiations of a cooperation arrangement with Secto Automotive, one of Finland’s premier car leasing operators with a client portfolio of over 4,000 companies and a pioneer in low-emission driving in Finland.

The arrangement encompasses collaboration in lease product offerings for Kamux’s business-to-business customers and grants Kamux access to pre-owned cars returned to Secto Automotive under expiring lease agreements. To facilitate the partnership, Kamux will also acquire Secto Automotive’s car retail business, including two current Secto Automotive showrooms and their personnel.

This arrangement is subject to approval by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
