Borenius is advising Nixu Corporation on the voluntary recommended cash tender offer by DNV AS

We are currently advising Nixu Corporation as the target company in a transaction where Nixu Corporation entered into a combination agreement with DNV AS on 16 February 2023. The agreement concerns a voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for all the issued and outstanding shares and stock options in Nixu.

Nixu is a cybersecurity services company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and it employs approximately 400 employees in Finland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Denmark and Romania.

DNV is an independent assurance and risk management provider operating in more than 100 countries with nearly 13,000 employees. DNV aims to combine with Nixu to create a leading European cybersecurity services provider.
