Borenius assisted LänsiAuto in master franchise agreement negotiations with Enterprice Holdings

We succesfully assisted LänsiAuto in master franchise agreement negotiations with Enterprice Holdings including a licence to use the Enterprice Holding’s brands, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo Rent A Car in connection with its car rental business in Finland.

Enterprise Holdings is the world’s largest car rental company. LänsiAuto Group is one of Finland’s largest car dealerships and has a flourishing rental business that has achieved a growth of 50% over the past three years. Established in 1978, the LänsiAuto Group currently operates 2,500 rental and lease vehicles from several retail locations.
