Borenius assisted Ponsse in the sale of its maintenance service operations in the North-West US

We, together with a US law firm Fredrikson & Byron, advised Ponsse Plc on the transaction involving the sale of its maintenance service operations located in Coburg, Oregon to PacWest Machinery. The agreement was signed on 7 August 2023, and officially completed on 1 September 2023.

The transaction included the transfer of Ponsse’s service centre, along with its machinery and spare parts stocks owned by Ponsse North America, Inc., the company’s subsidiary in the US. Concurrently, a retail agreement was signed between Ponsse North America Inc. and PacWest.
