Borenius assisted Taaleri Plc in its listing on Nasdaq Helsinki main market

We represented Taaleri Plc (“Taaleri”) when it transferred as the first company from Nasdaq Helsinki’s First North marketplace to the main market. Trading in Taaleri’s shares on Nasdaq Helsinki main market began on 1 April 2016. Taaleri is a mid cap company within the financial sector and was previously listed on the First North marketplace for approximately three years during which time the company grew extensively.

Taaleri provides wealth management and financing services to institutional investors, companies and private individuals. At the end of 2015, Taaleri had assets under management of EUR 3.9 billion and 3,500 wealth management clients.
