Borenius is advising Francisco Partners on a recommended cash offer to acquire Blancco Technology

We are currently advising leading global investment firm Francisco Partners on its pending EUR 203 million recommended cash offer for Blancco Technology Group PLC, which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. The advice we have provided to Francisco Partners focuses on Finnish tax matters.

The offer was announced on 2 August 2023, and it is expected to go through in the last quarter of 2023. Blancco Technology’s board has decided to recommend for all shareholders to accept the cash offer.
