Borenius is advising Netflix, Inc. on a recommended voluntary public cash tender offer to acquire Next Games Corporation

We are advising Netflix, Inc. on its pending EUR 65 million voluntary recommended public cash tender offer for Next Games Corporation. Next Games is a Finnish company listed on First North Growth Market Finland. The tender offer was announced on 2 March 2022 and it is expected to commence on or about March 14, 2022. The Board of Directors of Next Games has unanimously decided to recommend that the shareholders accept the tender offer.
