Borenius represented a pharmaceutical company’s Finnish subsidiary in a construction dispute

We successfully represented a major international company’s Finnish subsidiary in a large scale construction dispute against the main contractor of their new facility. The dispute concerned the EPCM contract, the applicable pricing model, and cost division in addition to the contractors’ obligations.
