Borenius represented a large energy company in a construction project dispute

We successfully represented a large energy company in several disputes arising out of an EPC contract for a power plant project before the Dispute Review Board and in arbitration. The disputed issues pertained, in particular, to variations under the EPC and the parties’ obligations to contribute to the project.
