We successfully represented a Nordic real estate and retail developer in two parallel cases, i.e. in both arbitration and court litigation against a constructor. The dispute concerned a construction contract pertaining to the construction and demolition of a shopping centre where the contractor refused to comply with its contractual obligations and claimed damages for alleged losses.
