Borenius represented ICECAPITAL in connection with the formation of its sixth housing fund

We advised ICECAPITAL REAM on the formation of their sixth housing fund, ICECAPITAL Housing Fund VI. ICECAPITAL Housing Fund VI is a fund that invests in residential properties in the Greater Helsinki Area and in selected growth centers in Finland while also taking certain climate standards into consideration. ICECAPITAL raised approx. EUR 145 million in capital commitments to their new fund, which has an investment capacity of more than EUR 400 million. The largest investors of the new fund include domestic pension institutions, funds of funds and other institutional investors.​
