Borenius represented Neoen and Prokon in the project financing of a Finnish onshore wind farm portfolio

We acted as the local counsel on Finnish law to Neoen and Prokon in the approximately EUR 220 million project financing of a Finnish onshore wind farm portfolio consisting of three onshore wind farms called Björkliden, Lumivaara, and Storbötet.

The projects, which are co-developed by Neoen and Prokon, are currently under construction. When operational, they will have a combined capacity of approximately 202.5 MW.

The financing is provided by Danske Bank and La Banque Postale.
